Memory
“When I was a small boy, I used to go to wrestling practice with my dad. One time I saw him getting after one of the wrestlers for his performance in the last wrestling meet. On our way home, I asked my dad if he gets mad at his wrestlers when they lose. His answer has stayed with me for my life. He said ‘I never get mad at my wrestlers for losing. The only time that I get mad at them is when they wrestle below their potential.’”
